Bold spices, hearty textures, and a slow-simmered finish. This isn’t just chili—it’s winter’s best defense. Perfectly balanced, deeply cozy, and ready for all the toppings your heart desires.

Ingredients

  1. 1 lb. Ground Beef
  2. 1 Yellow Onion chopped
  3. 1 Orange Pepper chopped
  4. 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  5. 1 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
  6. 1 tsp Paprika
  7.  2 Cups Beef Broth
  8.  1- 28oz can Diced tomatoes
  9.  1- 14.5oz can Kidney beans
  10. 1- 14.5oz can mixed Chili beans with juice
  11.  1/2- 6oz can Tomato paste
  12.  Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1.  Brown ground beef in Dutch oven or soup pot then drain and return to pot.
  2. Next add in the minced garlic, chopped onion and chopped orange pepper and combine
  3. Now add the chili powder and paprika and combine.
  4. Add the diced tomatoes and tomato paste and stir well.
  5. Now add the beef broth, kidney beans, and mixed chili beans with juice and combine.
  6. Simmer on medium for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Serve and ENJOY!

  • Dutch oven or large soup pot

  • Measuring spoons and cups
  • Wooden spoon or spoon
  • ladle
  • Storage container

Notes

  1. You can also use red, green or yellow peppers.
  2. You may add more chili powder to adjust to your spiciness liking.
  3. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
  4. This freeze’s well.

  • Breadsticks
  • Sour cream
  • Shredded cheddar
  • Crema sauce
