Ingredients
1 lb. Ground Beef
1 Yellow Onion chopped
1 Orange Pepper chopped
2 Tbsp minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Paprika
2 Cups Beef Broth
1- 28oz can Diced tomatoes
1- 14.5oz can Kidney beans
1- 14.5oz can mixed Chili beans with juice
1/2- 6oz can Tomato paste
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
Brown ground beef in Dutch oven or soup pot then drain and return to pot.
Next add in the minced garlic, chopped onion and chopped orange pepper and combine
Now add the chili powder and paprika and combine.
Add the diced tomatoes and tomato paste and stir well.
Now add the beef broth, kidney beans, and mixed chili beans with juice and combine.
Simmer on medium for 25-30 minutes.
