Microwave | Chocolate & Strawberry frosting Fudge

The ultimate 5-minute dessert hack! This 2-ingredient Microwave Chocolate & Strawberry Frosting Fudge is the definition of “easy peasy.” Combining creamy milk chocolate morsels with sweet strawberry icing, it creates a melt-in-your-mouth treat that tastes like a gourmet truffle with zero the stress.

Ingredients

  • 1- 16oz Container of store-bought ready made strawberry frosting. Room temp.
  • 1- 11oz Bag of milk chocolate baking morsels.

Instructions

  1.  Line a 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper or tin foil, allowing some hangover to lift the fudge out when set.
  2. In a microwave safe mixing bowl add the bag of milk chocolate morsels.
  3. Microwave at 30 second intervals, stirring in between (about a minute and a half).
  4. Once melted and smooth add the container of strawberry frosting and combine until smooth.
  5. Then pour the mixture into your lined 8×8 baking dish.
  6. Chill in the fridge until set.
  7. Cut, SERVE & ENJOY!

Notes

  • This fudge can either be stored out on your counter or if you prefer in the fridge.
  • Store in an airtight container or storage bag, or cover on a plate with press n seal or cling wrap.
  • I have not tried freezing this.
  • Stores well in or out of the fridge for about 4 days.

You Will Need

  • A microwave safe mixing bowl.
  • Silicone spatula or wooden spoon.
  • 8×8 baking pan.
  • Sharp knife.
  • Storage container, zip lock storage bag, or plate.
  • Press n’ Seal or Cling wrap.
