Ingredients
1 | Cup canned cranberry sauce |
1/2 | Cup balsamic vinegar |
1/2 | Orange (squeezed) It’s okay to have some pulp in it |
2 | Tbsp Dijon mustard |
1/2 | Cup olive oil |
Honey (optional) to taste |
Utensils
- Mixing bowl
- whisk and spoon
- Measuring cups and spoons
- Container for dressing
Steps of preparation
- Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Use whisk or spoon and stir well.
- Transfer dressing into your preferred dressing jar or container.
Notes
— I added a small amount of the orange pulp during mixing.
— This is a thicker dressing, so you will need to shake or stir once in your container.
— Refrigerates well for about 6-8 days.
— This goes well on both garden and fruit salads.
