Total time: 40 minutes
Ingredients
| 1 | (one) Cup Frozen langostino ( thawed & chopped) |
| 1/3 | Pkg of Thin spaghetti (boiled to package directions, then drain) |
| (one) stick of butter (room temp) | |
| 1 | (one) Tbsp minced garlic |
| 1/2 | ( one half) Cup grated parmesan cheese |
| 1/2 | (half) tsp parsley |
| Olive oil | |
| Salt & Pepper to taste |
Utensils
- Sauce pan or Dutch oven
- Measuring cups & spoon
- Sharp knife
- Wooden spoon
- Strainer
Steps of preparation
- Pre thaw frozen langostino, then chop.
- Boil spaghetti according to package directions.
- While the spaghetti’s boiling chop the langostino, measure grated parmesan, minced garlic, parsley & butter.
- Drain the spaghetti, then stir in the butter, cheese, minced garlic, parsley & langostino. On low heat.
- Add a few spritzes or splashes (your preferred amount) of olive oil to help prevent the noodles from sticking too much, and for added taste.
- Continue on low heat for about 10-15 minutes to make sure langostino is warmed.
- Salt & pepper to taste.
Notes
— I used thin spaghetti, you can use angel hair or regular.
— I added the olive oil because the pasta with ingredients was pretty thick. Start with a small amount of olive oil to unstick noodles and add extra flavor. Add extra to suit your preference.
— Store in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 4 days.
